Just about the time I figure we have seen the best the area has to offer, I find out how little I know about this business and the local talent.  That's exactly the lesson I learned the night this crew showed up.  It just happened to be our 1st anniversary night and I was hoping that we would have some good music for the crowd that I was excepting.  As you will see from the accompanying tracks, my mind was put to rest!

This group comes to us from the Lincolnton, NC area and is made up of four brothers, their mother, a fine banjo picker and a great mandolin player.  Listed in order of their photos, they are:

Just Inside Those Pearly Gates was written by their tenor singing bass player, Scott.  And he does a fine job of delivering the goods on it too, I might say.  And as an extra little bonus, these fellows added a great stroll through nostalgia for us "mature" listeners.   Whatever you do, don't miss it -- Tumbleweeds.
